Abstract：Illuminance and luminance are the two important index in the evaluation of LED road lighting effect.Advantages and disadvantages exist in the two evaluation systems.Combining with the many year's application experience in the LED road lighting,we discussed the applcation of the two evaluation systems in the LED road lighting.
