Fast Optical Consistency Test Technology of LED Modules in Automotive Lighting

Abstract：In this paper, an on-line test solution and equipment for automotive LED modules are proposed, which can not only obtain the photometric, colorimetric and electric quantities for all LED modules and classify them according to the measurement results, but also, the lighting situation of every single chip in a module can be assessed, ensuring the optical consistency of the LED modules.Besides, the solution also adopts particular machine vision to realize the automatic positioning of the measured modules, greatly improving the test speed and efficiency.
