Abstract：In this paper , we propose and demonstrate a novel design of pcW-LED-based bicycle head lamp, which meets StVZO 22A No.23 regulations of K-mark Germany.It has small size, a clear cut-off and homogenous light distribution , making it suitable for bicycle lighting and providing a safe driving environment for cyclists and pedestrians as well .
