Ground Protection Forms of City Road Lighting Facilities

Abstract：City lights spread all over the city streets .Street light leakage because of rain leads to an electric shock tragedy from time to time .So street lights ’ safety and reliability are worrying .By analyzing lights commonly used grounding form:TT system and TN-S system , this paper points out that the tragedy of the culprit is not the rain , but the facilities where there are some hidden trouble .As a result , street lights are safe and reliable to operate as long as people use grounding protection system correctly .
