Practice and Reflection of Elimnating the Illumination Dark Area in Urban Old Residence Community

Abstract：There are illumination dark areas in urban old residence community by many reasons.Taking Hangzhou city as an example, the paper elaborated the practice of eliminating the dark area in urban old residence community and its corresponding advice.From 2013, Hangzhou government began to eliminate the illumination dark area in urban old residence community, by means of strengthening the earlier stage investigation, standardized administration, cost saving, carrying out “four ask & four rights”, and long term dynamic supervision.2081 illumination dark areas in two years have been eliminated and 200000 people are benefited.
