Abstract：Four-terminal method is required in many measurement standards .This article explains the reason for the significance of four -terminal method in theory and practice.The results show that it is important to do a good performance measurement of a lighting product , especially for low-voltage high-current ones.Four-terminal method helps to improve the accuracy and repeatability .
