Abstract：The scope , process and requirement of the NVLAP Energy Efficient Lighting Products Laboratory Accreditation Program ( EEL Program ) were introduced and analyzed from proficiency testing , personnel qualifications , control of technical records , test methods , equipment requirement , environmental conditions and the quality of test results in this study .The research provides guidance to willing applicant of NVLAP Energy efficient lighting products test laboratory accreditation program and technical reference to the similar laboratories in China .
