Application of Drawing Process in the LED Down Light Design

Abstract：Die-casted heat-sinks are of high cost , large weight and low efficiency in production of LED down light .According to this situation , this essay introduces a drawing technique applied to LED down light designs .The integral structure of such design is simple , yet solves the common problems of die-casted heat-sinks, as well as guarantees sheat dissipation performance of the lights .
