The Existing Circumstances and Energy-saving Potential of The Shopping Center in Our Country

Abstract：Based on the measured data , retail lighting in China accounts for the largest proportion of total electricity consumption in retail building .In order to decrease building energy consumption , it is crucial to understand the current situation of the shopping center , which is a typical retail building .The paper analyzes the factors influencing lighting energy consumption , based on the statistical analysis of the measured data on 28 shopping centers all over the country .It was found that the commercial street possesses the largest potential of lighting energy saving in the shopping center , and it is quantized through simulation analysis .However , regional difference is not a factor influencing the lighting power density of the shopping center .
