Study on Calibration of LED Optical Parameters Tester

Abstract：LED optical parameters tester is used to measure both light and electricity parameters of LED in visible light range .The article discusses the differences of the two methods: “standard test method for calibration of LED optical parameter tester using a standard source of irradiance” and“standard test method for calibration of LED optical parameter using LED standard source”.The results show that the method of using a LED standard source is better than the other method .
