Abstract：Based on City street lighting wireless monitor network of Ningbo , the article introduces the situation of wireless network control mode in urban lighting management and the system ’ s specific functions that are implemented .It analyzes the network and indicates its characteristics of unmovable nodes, huge scale, changing topology, reliable component, low transmission rate, flexibility and so on.It summarizes the demands for the upgrading of net base and application of new technologies in future .
