Abstract:Subjective assessment of outdoor pedestrian lighting is not only one of the important parts in the research of visual function , but also a complement and extension in the study of visual recognition .The paper explores the subjective assessment of SPD of LEDs in the outdoor pedestrian lighting .The data show the people's preference to color temperature in varying footpath spaces , as well as certain relevance between color temperature and perception factors .Besides , the results reveal that the overall satisfaction is in direct proportion to adaptability of light color and space perception and has no obvious relation with visual sharpness .
