The Regulator Applied in Household Solar PV System

Abstract：The regulator is usually applied in household solar PV system,which accounts for about 40% of the total amount of installed solar PV system now in our country.The lights are one of the most essential domestic appliances used in the solar PV system.The paper presents on some measures in design of the regulator,especially in design of reliability.It focuses in the battery overcharging protect circuits and the battery overdischarging protect circuit.The working principle and main features of the different types of the protect circuits are respectively discussed.The circuit diagrams of two typical regulators are also given in the paper.
