Abstract：Based on Lama's model［1］,a modified analytical model of low pressure Hg vapor discharge with high loading was developed.The axial electric field strength of Ar-Ne-Hg discharge was derived.Theoretical results calculated according to this model were in good agreement with the experimental ones.
