Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of pathway-based comprehensive thermal insulation nursing model combined with team collaborative nursing on coagulation function and other indicators in emergency trauma pa-tients.Methods A total of 126 emergency trauma patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table, with 63 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received pathway-based comprehensive thermal insulation nursing combined with team collaborative nursing in addition to the routine care. Both groups received nursing interventions for 1 week.Coagulation function[thrombin time(TT),pro-thrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)],body temperature, and disease status[Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II(APACHE II)]were compared between the two groups before nursing and 1 hour after nursing.Emergency rescue-related indicators(emergency rescue time, total hospital stay)were also compared between the two groups, and the incidence of adverse events during nursing was compared. Results At 6 hours and 24 hours after nursing intervention,TT and PT in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, body temperature was higher than that in the control group, and APACHE II scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).Emergency rescue time and total hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the con-trol group(4.76%vs.15.87%,P<0.05).Conclu-sion The implementation of pathway-based comprehensive thermal insulation nursing model combined with team collab-orative nursing for emergency trauma patients can improve their coagulation function and body temperature levels, enhance disease status, improve rescue outcomes, and effectively prevent the risk of adverse events.
