Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of whole-course tracking nursing based on key node control on the qual-ity of rescue in cardiac arrest patients undergoing cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 132 cardiac arrest patients who underwent CPR admitted to Tai'an Eighty-eight Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025.According to the nursing model applied, the patients were divided into an observation group(receiving whole-course tracking nursing based on key node control,n=66)and a control group(receiving routine nursing,n=66).The rates of return of spontaneous circulation(ROSC),CPR duration,post-CPR physiological parameters, and neurological func-tion recovery were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed a significantly higher rate of ROSC(P=0.037)and a significantly shorter CPR duration(P<0.001).After CPR,systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and blood oxygen saturation in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.001).Before resuscitation, there was no significant difference in the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)scores between the two groups(P=0.142).After resuscitation, the GCS scores of both groups showed an increas-ing trend over time.Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly higher GCS scores at 24h,48h,and 72h post-resuscitation(P<0.001).Conclusion In the rescue of cardiac arrest patients undergoing CPR,whole-course tracking nursing based on key node control can improve the rate of ROSC,shorten CPR duration, promote the stabilization of physiological parameters after CPR,and facilitate the recovery of patients'neurological function.
