Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of optimized prehospital emergency nursing based on a structured process in acute stroke patients. Methods A total of 100 acute stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2024 were selected and divided into two groups using a computer-generated random number table. The control group(50 cases)received conventional prehospital emergency care, while the observation group(50 cases)received optimized emergency nursing centered on rapid response, multidisciplinary team standardized assessment and intervention. The emergency-related time indicators(dispatch, onscene arrival, emergency initiation, completion of man-agement,and transport time),vital signs(blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation)before and after intervention, neurological deficit(assessed using the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS),incidence of complications, and satisfaction with nursing services were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, all emergency time indicators in the observation group were significantly shortened(all P<0.001).After intervention, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and respiratory rate were significantly reduced, and oxygen saturation was significantly increased in the observation group, with the degree of improvement superior to that of the control group(all P<0.001).NIHSS scores at admission,24h,72h and 7d after admission were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05),indicating better neurological recovery. In addition, the overall complication rate in the observation group was low-er than that in the control group(4.00%vs.16.00%,P=0.046),and satisfaction with nursing services was higher(94.00%vs.70.00%,P=0.002).Conclusion In prehospital emergency management of acute stroke patients, implementation of structured optimized emergency nursing interventions can effectively improve emergency efficiency, stabilize vital signs more effectively, promote neurological recovery, reduce the risk of complications, and increase patient satisfaction.
