Abstract:Pulmonary rehabilitation(PR)training for patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)is still in the clinical exploration stage.ARDS has a complex pathogenesis,a high incidence rate, rapid onset, and a poor prognosis. The more severe the ARDS,the longer the patient's use of a ventilator and the higher the mortality rate.Pulmo-nary rehabilitation is an important part of the treatment for ARDS patients.Currently, the PR training for ARDS patients is still in the clinical exploration stage, and no relevant literature has been found on standardized nursing plans for severe ARDS patients.Through literature review, this research organization has confirmed the effectiveness of standardized PR nursing plans in improving the respiratory function and quality of life of severe ARDS patients. This article aims to system-atically sort out the key intervention measures in this field, with the expectation of having significant theoretical and practi-cal value for the standardized care of severe ARDS patients.
