Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of standardized pre-hospital emergency intervention on patients with premature rupture of membranes(PROM)complicated by preterm labor. Methods A retrospective collec-tion was conducted on 100 patients with PROM complicated by preterm labor admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to May 2025.Based on the actual pre-hospital intervention model received, they were divided into two groups:the control group(n=50)received routine pre-hospital emergency intervention, while the observation group(n=50)received standard-ized pre-hospital emergency intervention. The two groups were compared regarding uterine contraction inhibition time, treatment duration, tocolysis success rate, incidence of adverse events, neonatal Apgar score, maternal psychological status, total clinical effective rate, and emergency care satisfaction. Results The uterine contraction inhibition time(P<0.001)and treatment duration(P<0.001)in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The tocolysis success rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(86.00%vs.66.00%,P=0.019),while the total incidence of adverse events was lower(6.00%vs.24.00%,P=0.012).The total Apgar score at 5 minutes after birth was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.001).After intervention, the maternal anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.001).The total clinical effective rate(94.00%vs.74.00%,P=0.006)and total emergency care satisfaction rate(98.00%vs.80.00%,P=0.004)were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion Compared with rou-tine intervention, standardized pre-hospital emergency intervention can more effectively shorten the uterine contraction inhibition time and treatment duration, improve the tocolysis success rate, enhance neonatal outcomes and maternal psy-chological status, and increase clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction in patients with PROM complicat-ed by preterm labor.
