Clinical Efficacy of Warming Yang and Promoting Diuresis Therapy Combined with Non-Invasive Ventilation in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Wenyang Lishui method combined with non-in-vasive ventilation in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure(AECHF).Methods A total of 125 AE-CHF patients admitted to Wuping County Hospital from January 2021 to December 2024 were selected and divided into an observation group(63 cases)and a control group(62 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional Western medical treatment,while the observation group received additional treatment with the Wenyang Lishui method and non-invasive ventilation.Blood gas parameters[pH,oxygen saturation(SaO₂),partial pressure of oxygen(PaO₂),partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO₂)],cardiac function indicators[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac output(CO)],inflammatory markers[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)],traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,and primary efficacy indicators(improvement rate of NYHA functional class,The achievement rate of NT-proBNP/BNP)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Adverse reactions were recorded.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in any indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,pH,SaO₂,PaO₂,LVEF,and CO in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while PaCO₂,CRP,IL-6,and TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower(P<0.001).The improvement rate of NYHA functional class(87.30%vs.67.74%)and NT-proBNP/BNP(92.06%vs.77.42%)were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(11.29%vs.6.35%,P>0.05).Conclusion Based on conventional Western medical treatment,the combination of the Wenyang Lishui meth-od and non-invasive ventilation can more effectively improve blood gas status,cardiac function,reduce inflammatory re-sponse and clinical symptoms,and enhance overall efficacy in AECHF patients,with a favorable safety profile.
