Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of an integrated rescue model in the treatment of patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods A total of 98 acute STEMI patients admitted to Guihang Guiyang Hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects.According to a com-puter-generated random sequence, all patients were randomly divided into two groups:the study group(n=49,integrated rescue model)and the control group(n=49,conventional rescue model). The key rescue process time points and hospitali-zation duration, myocardial enzyme indicators, rescue efficacy, and the incidence of major adverse cardiac events(MACE)were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the study group showed significant-ly shorter time intervals from symptom onset to first medical contact(S-to-FMC,P=0.001),from first medical contact to ECG completion(FMC-to-ECG,P<0.001),from ECG completion to balloon dilation(ECG-to-B,P<0.001),from door to balloon dilation(D-to-B,P<0.001),and hospitalization duration(P<0.001).Before treatment, there were no signif-icant differences in the levels of creatine kinase(CK,P=0.418)and creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB,P=0.374)between the two groups. After treatment, the levels of CK and CK-MB decreased in both groups(P<0.001);furthermore,compared with the control group, the study group had significantly lower levels of CK and CK-MB(P<0.001).Com-pared with the control group, the study group had a significantly higher total effective rate of rescue(95.92%vs.81.63%,P=0.025)and a significantly lower incidence of MACE(12.24%vs.30.61%,P=0.027).Conclusion The integrated rescue model can significantly shorten the key rescue process time points and hospitalization duration in acute STEMI pa-tients,improve myocardial enzyme indicators, enhance rescue efficacy, and reduce the risk of major adverse cardiac events.
