Abstract:Objective To investigate the high-risk factors for deep vein thrombosis in patients after total knee arthroplasty and to provide a basis for prevention strategies. Methods A retrospective study was con-ducted,selecting 80 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2022 to Decem-ber 2022.According to the occurrence of postoperative Deep vein thrombosis, they were divided into a deep vein thrombosis group and a non-deep vein thrombosis group.A Logistic regression analysis model was used to identify the high-risk factors for Deep vein thrombosis. Results Among the 80 patients undergoing Total knee arthroplas-ty,19(23.75%)developed deep vein thrombosis postoperatively.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age>60 years(OR=3.120),BMI>28 kg/m²(OR=5.781),combined hyperlipidemia(OR=5.333),history of hypertension(OR=4.420),and postoperative D-dimer level>0.5 mg/L(OR=5.400)were independent risk factors for deep vein thrombosis after Total knee arthroplasty(P<0.05).Conclusion Age>60 years,BMI>28 kg/m²,hyperlipidemia,history of hypertension, and D-dimer>0.5 mg/L are high-risk factors for postoperative Deep vein thrombosis. Therefore, close attention should be paid to these high-risk populations in clinical practice, and targeted interventions should be implemented to reduce the incidence of Deep vein thrombosis.
