Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of implementing full-cycle and global emergency nursing interventions in the emergency management of patients with massive hemorrhage due to ectopic pregnan-cy.Methods A total of 50 patients with massive hemorrhage caused by ectopic pregnancy admitted to Fujian Provincial People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were selected and divided into an observation group(receiving full-cycle global emergency nursing,n=25)and a control group(receiving routine care,n=25)using a numerical randomization method. The timeliness of emergency response, total blood loss, rescue outcomes, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed significantly shorter time intervals from admission to venous access establishment,ad-mission to blood transfusion, admission to surgery, and admission to stable vital signs(all P<0.001).The total blood loss in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.001).The rescue success rate was significantly higher in the observation group(96.00%vs.76.00%,P=0.042),and the overall incidence of complications was significant-ly lower(8.00%vs.32.00%,P=0.034).Nursing satisfaction was also significantly higher in the observation group(96.00%vs.72.00%,P=0.021).Conclusion In the emergency treatment of patients with massive hemorrhage due to ectopic pregnancy,full-cycle global emergency nursing effectively improves rescue efficiency, reduces total blood loss, enhances treatment effectiveness, and increases nursing satisfaction.
