Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of anisodamine combined with fluid resuscitation in the treatment of septic shock. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 62 patients with septic shock admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to December 2024.Based on treatment differences, the patients were di-vided into two groups:the control group received fluid resuscitation alone, while the observation group received an-isodamine combined with fluid resuscitation.Microcirculatory parameters, hemodynamic indices, and clinical out-comes were compared between the two groups. Results At 24h and 72h post-treatment,the observation group exhibited significantly higher mixed venous oxygen saturation(SvO2)(P<0.05),lower blood lactate levels(P<0.05),and shorter capillary refill time(CRT)(P<0.05)compared to the control group. At 24h post-treatment,the observa-tion group demonstrated significantly higher mean arterial pressure(MAP),central venous pressure(CVP),cardiac index(CI),and systemic vascular resistance index(SVRI)(P<0.05).By 72h post-treatment,the observation group showed significantly lower APACHE Ⅱ and SOFA scores(P<0.001).Conclusion Anisodamine combined with fluid resuscitation improves microcirculation, restores hemodynamic stability, and promotes clinical recovery in pa-tients with septic shock.
