Abstract:Objective To enhance clinical vigilance regarding anaphylactic reactions induced by hyperther-mic intraperitoneal chemotherapy(HIPEC)with carboplatin in ovarian cancer patients, and to establish standard-ized emergency protocols and nursing strategies. Methods Provides a detailed report of the clinical data,emer-gency management, and nursing process of a case of anaphylactic shock occurring during HIPEC with carboplatin in an ovarian cancer patient. Results After resuscitation, the patient's blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate,SpO2,and consciousness gradually improved. All vital signs returned to normal within 2 hours post-resusci-tation.Additionally,lactate levels,pH,PaO2,and base excess(BE)levels showed significant improvement.Con-clusion Refined risk assessment, standardized emergency procedures, and systematic nursing interventions can effectively increase the success rate of resuscitation and improve patient outcomes.
