Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of different dosages of Xuebijing on inflammatory mark-ers,organ function, and prognosis in sepsis patients. Methods Clinical data of 60 sepsis patients admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.Based on Xuebijing dosage, patients were divided into low-dose(100 ml/day,n=20),standard-dose(200 ml/day,n=20),and high-dose(400 ml/day,n=20)groups.Inflammatory markers(CRP,TNF-α,IL-6),vital organ function parameters(ALT,CRE,Lac),organ dysfunction scores(APACHE Ⅱ,SOFA),clinical efficacy indicators, and adverse events were com-pared.Results Pretreatment levels of inflammatory markers, organ function parameters, and severity scores showed no significant intergroup differences(P>0.05).Post-treatment,all groups demonstrated significant reduc-tions in inflammatory cytokines,ALT,CRE,Lac,APACHE Ⅱ,and SOFA scores(P<0.05),with more pronounced decreases observed with higher dosages(P<0.05).ICU length of stay exhibited a dose-dependent reduction(P<0.05).The high-dose group showed a non-significantly higher adverse event rate(30.00%)versus standard-dose(20.00%)and low-dose(15.00%)groups(P>0.05).Conclusion High-dose Xuebijing injection significantly attenuates systemic inflammatory response, improves organ function, and enhances prognosis in sepsis patients without signif-icantly increasing complication rates.
