Research on the Role of an Information-Based Emergency Response Platform in Enhancing Emergency Medical Capabilities within County-Level Medical Communities

Abstract：Objective To The development of county-level medical communities is a key component of the broader"Healthy China"initiative and relies heavily on the support and integration of an information-based emergency medical response platform.Such a platform aligns with ongoing healthcare reform policies,alleviates the strain of limited medical resources,enhances the quality of healthcare at the county level,and ensures more equitable,accessible,and efficient medical services for the public.This study explores the significance of an in-formation-driven emergency response system in supporting the construction of county-level medical communities,identifies current challenges,and proposes targeted strategies to address them.The aim is to provide a scientific foundation for deepening the development of integrated county-level medical systems,advancing the reform and development of grassroots healthcare services,improving patients' healthcare experiences,and accelerating the progress of national healthcare reform.
