Abstract:With the continuous deepening of globalization and the accelerated modernization and geograph-ical diversification of military tasks, this paper reports the overseas treatment of a patient with cervical hyperex-tension injury. The patient sustained a cervical hyperextension injury and acute,non-fracture,dislocation spinal cord injury due to a training accident.Following meticulous planning, our medical team successfully carried out a short-term mobilization and surgical treatment overseas.Postoperatively, the patient's neurological function was significantly preserved, leading to effective rehabilitation. In the complex and ever-changing international environ-ment of the new era, improving our ability to treat injured personnel overseas, enhancing overall medical support capabilities, and ensuring effective protection and recovery of military personnel's health and combat readiness is of paramount importance.
