Abstract:China is one of the countries with serious natural disasters, and nurses,as the core force of the disaster rescue system, have a good physical and mental state as an important guarantee for disaster relief.Howev-er,during and after disaster rescue, nurses are prone to psychological crises such as post-traumatic stress disorder, which seriously affects their physical and mental health, work efficiency, and job competency, and increases work risks."Psychological adjustment"is one of the core indicators to evaluate the ability of disaster relief nurses. At present, the training of"psychological adjustment"is difficult to meet the actual needs of disaster relief nurses.Improving the level of resilience is an effective measure to prevent traumatic stress during and after nurses' par-ticipation in disaster relief. In the disaster preparedness stage,we can help nursing staff with psychological crises improve their psychological state and improve their job competency through technologies such as emotional sta-bilization,relaxation training, stress reduction, emergency stress interview, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing.
