Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of neurointervention combined with in-travenous thrombolysis in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. Methods A total of 200 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases treated at Huanghe Sanmenxia Hospital between December 2021 and Feb-ruary 2024 were selected for the study.According to a random number table, they were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 100 patients in each group. The control group received intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase, while the observation group underwent neurointervention combined with intravenous thrombolysis. The treatment effects, quality of life(QOL)scores, clinical neurological function deficit scale(NDS)scores,ac-tivities of daily living(ADL)scores,Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS)scores, levels of inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)],and the incidence of complications(hematuria, myocardial infarction, gum bleeding, intracranial hemorrhage, gastrointestinal bleeding,subcutane-ous hemorrhage)were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the QOL score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The NDS score in the observation group was lower than in the control group, while the ADL and GOS scores were higher in the observation group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-6,CRP)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of com-plications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant differ-ence(P<0.05).Conclusion Neurointervention combined with intravenous thrombolysis is an effective and safe treatment for ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. It improves patients' quality of life and self-care abilities, reduces inflammation and neurological deficits, enhances patient prognosis, and demonstrates a high level of safety.
