The Application Effect of Clinical Pathway Nursing Combined With Psychological Intervention in Patients with Acute Pyelonephritis

Abstract：Objective To provide clinical pathway nursing combined with psychological intervention for patients with acute pyelonephritis,observe the nursing effect and its impact on the patient's psychological state.Methods Fifty patients with acute phase pyelonephritis at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Univer-sity from January 2021 to June 2023 were collected and divided into an observation group(25 cases)and a con-trol group(25 cases)according to different nursing plans.They received clinical pathway nursing combined with psychological intervention and routine nursing,respectively.Compare the psychological resilience level,self-care ability,and quality of life of two groups of patients,investigate patient satisfaction,and follow up on complica-tions.Results The results showed that the observation group had higher levels of psychological resilience after nursing compared to the control group and before nursing(P＜0.05);There was no significant difference in self-care ability and quality of life between the two groups of patients before nursing(P＞0.05),while the observation group was higher than the control group after nursing(P＜0.05);The total number of nursing satisfaction cases in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway nursing combined with psychological intervention can improve the psychological resilience and self-care ability of patients with acute pyelonephritis,which is beneficial for improving their quality of life and reducing complications.
