Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of targeted rehabilitation nursing interventions for pa-tients with acute stroke. Methods The time from diagnosis to diagnosis, diagnosis to specialized treatment,in-hospital emergency time, and hospitalization time of the study group patients were significantly shorter than those of the observation group patients(P<0.001).Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the NIHSS score,Fugl Meyer motor function assessment(FMA)score,Barthel scale, and SS-QOL score between the two groups of patients in terms of the degree of neurological damage and stroke. After intervention, the NIHSS scores of both groups of patients were significantly lower than before intervention(P<0.001),while the FMA score,Barthel score, and SS-QOL score were significantly higher than before intervention(P<0.001);Compared with the control group, the study group showed a more significant decrease in NIHSS score(P<0.001),and a more signifi-cant increase in FMA score,Barthel score, and SS-QOL score(P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group(96.67%vs.81.67%,P<0.05).The total inci-dence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(6.67%vs.21.67%,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute stroke in the emergency department, targeted rehabilitation nursing interventions can effectively shorten emergency response times, improve emergency treatment efficacy, reduce neu-rological impairment, promote motor function recovery, improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and reduce the risk of complications.
