Abstract:Objective To analyze the factors contributing to postoperative hemorrhage in patients with common bile duct stones who underwent emergency endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)and to propose corresponding strategies. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 80 patients with common bile duct stones who underwent emergency ERCP treatment at Dejiang County People's Hospital from February 2022 to September 2023.Among them,20 patients who experienced postoperative bleeding were select-ed as the study group, and 60 patients who did not experience postoperative bleeding were selected as the con-trol group.Compare the clinical data of two groups, analyze the factors and strategies for postoperative bleeding after ERCP.Results Univariate analysis revealed significant differences between the bleeding group and the non-bleeding group in terms of stone diameter, presence of acute suppurative cholangitis, previous ERCP history, and hypertension(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis identified acute suppurative cholangitis, stone diameter, and hypertension as independent risk factors for postoperative hemorrhage in patients with common bile duct stones(P<0.05).Conclusion Acute suppurative cholangitis, stone diameter, and hypertension are closely associated with postoperative biliary hemorrhage following ERCP.Targeted perioperative management strategies should be strengthened to mitigate the risk of postoperative bleeding.
