Clinical Study on The Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis with Kangxian Recipe

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effects of Kangxian recipe on LSM and TIMP-1/2 in patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods 74 patients were includ-ed in the Fuzhou Second Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021,and were randomly divided into 2 groups(37 patients each).The control group was treated with Entecavir,the experimental group combined with Kangxian recipe for 6 months.The changes of LSM,serum TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 before and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results Finally,26 cases in the experimental group and 28 cases in the control group completed the experiment.The levels of LSM,TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 in experimental group were lower than those in control group after treatment(P＜50.05).In addition,TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 decreased significantly in experimental group(P＜50.05).Conclusion Compared with ETV alone,ETV combined with Kangxian recipe can better re-duce the liver hardness of patients with Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome of chronic hepatitis B liver fibro-sis,reduce the concentrations of TIMP-1 and TIMP-2,and improve liver fibrosis.
