Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rh-BNP)combined with olprinone on cardiac function and myocardial injury markers in patients with acute heart failure(AHF)in the emergency setting. Methods 84 patients with AHF admitted to Xinghu Hospital in Suzhou Indus-trial Park from June 2019 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 42 patients in each group, using a random number table method. Both groups received routine treatment, with the control group receiving Oprenon treatment and the observation group receiving Oprenon combined with rh BNP treatment. Both groups were evaluated after 3 days of treatment.Compare the clinical efficacy, cardiac function, myocardial injury indicators, and adverse reactions between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,significantly higher than the control group's 78.57%(P<0.05).After treatment in the observation group, the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.001),the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)were shorter than those in the control group, the left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.001),and the levels of cardiac troponin T(cTnT),cardiac creatine kinase MB(CK-MB),and N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT proBNP)were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of rh-BNP and olprinone demonstrates superior clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute heart failure, effectively improving cardiac function and reducing myocar-dial injury without significantly increasing the risk of adverse events.
