Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated emergency intervention measures in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhagic shock. Methods A total of 58 postpartum women with hemorrhagic shock, admitted to Xiamen Fifth Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024,were selected as the study subjects.Based on the type of emergency measures, they were divided into an observation group(received integrated emergency inter-vention,n=29)and a control group(received conventional emergency intervention,n=29).The clinical rescue out-comes,emergency efficiency, negative emotions, satisfaction with the rescue, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The overall clinical success rate of rescue in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(96.55%vs.75.86%,P<0.05).The response time,examina-tion completion time, and time to shock resolution in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001),and the total blood loss in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.001).Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, both the SAS and SDS scores in both groups were significantly reduced compared to before the intervention, with the observation group show-ing a more significant decrease than the control group(P<0.001).The rescue satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(100.00%vs.79.31%,P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group(3.45%vs.20.69%,P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated emergency intervention for postpartum hemorrhagic shock can effectively im-prove clinical rescue success rates, enhance emergency efficiency, alleviate negative emotions, increase rescue sat-isfaction,and reduce the risk of complications.
