Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of pre-hospital emergency nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 230 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)admitted to Fuding Hospital affiliated with Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected. The selected patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=115)and an observation group(n=115),and received routine emergency care and targeted pre hospital emergency care, respectively. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before the nursing intervention, there was no statisti-cally significant difference in the Barthel Index(BI)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention, the BI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05);The success rate of rescue in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);The total emergency time, venous access establishment time, and diagnosis time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted pre hospital emergency nursing can provide AMI patients with more opportunities for emergency treatment and have a positive effect on improving their prognosis.
