Study on the Efficacy of Naoxintong Capsules Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction and Myocardial Ischemia

Abstract：Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Brain-Heart Communication Capsules in combination with Western medicine on patients with acute cerebral infarction and myocardial ischemia.Meth-ods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 patients diagnosed with acute cerebral in-farction and myocardial ischemia who were treated at Feicheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2022 to August 2024.Patients were divided into an observation group(40 patients receiving Brain-Heart Commu-nication Capsules combined with Western medicine)and a control group(40 patients receiving only Western med-icine).The degree of neurological impairment,Q-T dispersion,treatment efficacy,and incidence of adverse reac-tions were compared between the two groups.Results Prior to treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of neurological impairment(as measured by NFD and NIHSS scores)and Q-T dispersion between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,both groups exhibited significant reductions in NFD scores,NI-HSS scores,and Q-T dispersion(P＜0.001),with the observation group showing a more pronounced improvement in these parameters compared to the control group(P＜0.001).The overall clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).No statistically significant differences were found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The treatment regi-men of Brain-Heart Communication Capsules combined with Western medicine is effective in reducing the degree of neurological impairment and Q-T dispersion in patients with acute cerebral infarction and myocardial ischemia,demonstrating significant clinical efficacy and a high safety profile.
