Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and value of comprehensive intervention measures in patients undergoing blood purification treatment for acute drug poisoning. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 60 patients with acute drug poisoning treated at Zunyi First People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2024.Based on different intervention strategies, the patients were divided into an observation group(undergoing comprehensive intervention)and a control group(receiving conventional intervention),with 30 patients in each group. The clinical symptom relief time, treatment outcomes, disease severity, nutritional status, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The time to wakefulness, time to regain con-sciousness,and length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).The survival rate in the observation group was significantly higher, while the mortality rate was significantly lower compared to the control group, demonstrating statistical significance(P<0.05).Prior to inter-vention,there were no significant differences in disease severity(APACHE Ⅱ score)and nutritional status(PG-SGA score)between the two groups(P>0.05).Post-intervention,both the APACHE Ⅱ score and PG-SGA score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing blood purification treatment for acute drug poisoning, comprehensive intervention measures ef-fectively promote the recovery of clinical symptoms, reduce mortality rates, improve disease severity and nutrition-al status, and decrease the risk of adverse reactions.
