Abstract:Objective This study aims to analyze the clinical value of targeted emergency nursing inter-ventions during the perioperative period for patients with ruptured ectopic pregnancies. Methods A total of 78 patients with ruptured ectopic pregnancies treated at our hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as study subjects.Based on the different nursing intervention strategies implemented, the patients were divided into an observation group(targeted emergency nursing,n=39)and a control group(conventional emergency nursing,n=39).We compared various surgical-related indicators, adverse emotions, pain levels, patient satisfaction with nursing care, and the occurrence of adverse events between the two groups. Results The time from admission to surgery, intraoperative blood loss, and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).Both groups showed significant reductions in SAS(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale),SDS(Self-Rating Depression Scale),and VAS(Visual Analog Scale)scores after the intervention compared to before;however, the post-intervention scores for the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).Patient satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was sig-nificantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted emergency nursing interventions for patients with ruptured ectopic pregnancies can significantly shorten emergency response time, reduce intraoperative blood loss, alleviate negative emotions, decrease postoperative pain levels, improve nursing satisfaction, and lower the risk of adverse events.
