The Effect of Omeprazole Combined with Teprenone on Inflammatory Factors and Gastrointestinal Hormone Levels in Patients with Chronic Superficial Gastritis

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effects of omeprazole combined with teprenone on the levels of in-flammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormones in patients with chronic superficial gastritis.Methods Ninety eight patients with chronic superficial gastritis admitted to Anxi County Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=49,treated with omeprazole)and an observation group(n=49,treated with omeprazole combined with teprenone)using a random number table.The clinical effica-cy of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The levels of various inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the Hp eradication rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had lower levels of gastrin(GAS)and higher levels of motilin(MTL)and somatostatin(SS)(P<0.05);The levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and NO were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The combi-nation of omeprazole and teprenone has a good therapeutic effect on chronic superficial gastritis.This plan can not only effectively alleviate disease symptoms,significantly reduce inflammatory reactions in the body,adjust the bal-ance of gastrointestinal hormones,but also enhance the function of the antioxidant system,promote the repair and health of gastric mucosa.
