Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical value of using multifunctional inflatable pelvic and hip joint trauma emergency fixators in the treatment of pelvic fractures. Methods Selecting 68 patients with pelvic frac-tures admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2022 to February 2023,they were divided into an observation group and a control group based on whether they used hip joint trauma emergency fixators, with 34 patients in each group.Compare the clinical efficacy, pelvic and motor function, quality of life,long-term efficacy, and incidence of complications between two groups of study subjects. Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).After treatment, the pelvic function Majeed score, motor function Fugl Meyer score, and quality of life(physical func-tion,social function, psychological function, material life)score of both groups of patients were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05);And the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Cole score for long-term efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significant-ly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with pelvic fractures, early use of hip joint trauma emergency fixators after initial assessment of the patient's condition can effectively restore pelvic sta-bility,control bleeding, improve pelvic function and quality of life, with significant clinical efficacy and low risk of complications.
