Abstract:Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression levels of HRD1,P53,and HER2 and the clinical and pathological characteristics of invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC)of the breast. Methods Se-lected 100 cases of non-specific invasive breast cancer diagnosed and operated in Zhangzhou Zhengxing Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024.The positive expression rates of Hydroxymethylglutaryl-CoA reductase degrades pro-teins 1(HRD1),P53,and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)in cancerous and adjacent non-cancer-ous tissues were compared.Additionally, the correlation between these markers and the pathological characteristics of the patients was further analyzed. Results Compared to adjacent normal tissues, the positive expression rates of HRD1,P53 and HER2 were significantly higher in cancer tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of HRD1,P53,and HER2 varied significantly according to tumor diameter, presence of vascular invasion, presence of lymph node metastasis, and different TNM stages(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that tumor diameter, vascular invasion, lymph node metastasis, and TNM stage were positively correlated with the positive expression rates of HRD1,P53,and HER2.Conclusion The positive expression rates of HRD1,P53,and HER2 are signif-icantly correlated with the pathological characteristics of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast and may serve as important biomarkers for clinical diagnosis and treat-ment.
