Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medi-cine in the treatment of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods 80 patients with lower limb arterioscle-rosis obliterans admitted to Sanming Second Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected.According to the random number table method, patients who received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment were set as the observation group, and patients who received Western medicine treatment were set as the control group, with 40 patients in each group.Compare the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score, hemodynamic indicators, hemorheological indicators, microcirculation indicators, and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, both groups of patients showed significant improvement in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, hemodynamic indicators, hemorheological indicators, and microcir-culation indicators compared to before treatment(P<0.05);And the observation group studied the blood flow,ABI,and TBI of the dorsalis pedis artery(significantly higher than the control group patients(P values<0.001);Limb pain, limb numbness, skin temperature, intermittent claudication score, whole blood low shear viscosity, whole blood high shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, loop score, loop circumference score, liquid score, and loop top vessel diameter were significantly lower than those in the control group(P values<0.001).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.00%(6/40),which was not significantly different from the 7.50%(3/40)in the control group(P=0.289).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a definite therapeutic effect on lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans, which can significantly improve patients'TCM syndrome scores, hemodynamic indicators,hemorheo-logical indicators, microcirculation indicators, and has high safety.
