Abstract:Objective This study aims to systematically analyze the research frontiers and hot topics of emergency mobile infectious disease hospitals in China, providing scientific evidence for the construction and man-agement of such hospitals in the country. Methods Relevant journal articles published between 2012 and 2022 were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data, and VIP databases. After deduplication using NoteExpress software,a total of 1,974 literature samples were obtained. The number of publi-cations was statistically analyzed using Excel software, and bibliometric analysis was conducted using CiteSpace software.Visualization maps such as author collaboration networks, keyword co-occurrence networks, keyword clustering maps, and timelines were created to reveal the development context, hot topics, and emerging trends in this research area. Results The results showed that the volume of publications in this field followed a pattern of initial stability, followed by a sharp increase and subse-quent adjustment, with a peak in 2020 due to the global public health crisis.Keyword analysis indicated that"makeshift hospitals,""COVID-19,"and"epidemic pre-vention and control"became major research hotspots.Additionally,co-authorship networks and research institution collaboration networks highlighted the core research teams and their collaborative models in this field. Conclusion The development trend of emergency mobile infectious disease hospitals is characterized by intelligence, modularity, and complexity.Future research should focus on technological innovation and optimiza-tion of management models to improve emergency response speed and service quality.Furthermore, strengthening international cooperation and communication to address global public health challenges will be a key strategy for enhancing the effectiveness of emergency mobile infectious disease hospitals.
