Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of implementing predictive nursing interventions for emergency treatment of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical data of 88 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage who visited the First Affiliated Hospital of Xia-men University from January 2023 to December 2023. Based on the nursing plan, they were divided into an obser-vation group (implementing predictive nursing plan) and a control group (implementing routine nursing plan),with 44 patients in each group. Compare the limb function, neurological function, daily living ability, degree of coma, nursing satisfaction, and incidence of complications between two groups of patients. Results Before the inter-vention,there was no significant difference in the limb function FMA score, neurological function NIHSS score, daily living ability Barthel score, and coma severity GCS score between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). After intervention, the FMA score,Barthel score, and GCS score of both groups of patients increased, while the NIHSS score decreased. Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher FMA score,Barthel score, and GCS score (P<0.001) and lower NIHSS score (P<0.001). Compared with the control group patients, the observation group patients had significantly higher nursing satisfaction (97.73% vs.79.55%) and lower incidence of compli-cations (4.55% vs.25.00%),with statistically significant differences (P<0.001). Conclusion In the emergency treatment of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage, implementing predictive nursing interventions can effectively promote the recovery of patients' limb function, neurological function, and daily living abilities, reduce the risk of coma and adverse reactions, and improve nursing satis-faction.
