Abstract:Objective Analyze the application value of multidisciplinary collaboration in emergency treat-ment for postoperative bleeding patients with thyroid cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 patients with postoperative bleeding of thyroid cancer admitted to Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from September 2023 to January 2024. According to different emergency plans, they were divid-ed into an observation group (using a multidisciplinary collaboration model,50 cases) and a control group (using a conventional emergency plan,50 cases). Compare the hemoglobin levels, hospitalization related conditions,nega-tive psychology, quality of life, and emergency treatment efficacy between two groups of patients. Results Af-ter treatment, the hemoglobin levels, psychological, emotional, physiological, and social function scores of both groups of patients increased significantly compared to before treatment (P<0.001),while the Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores decreased significantly compared to before treatment (P<0.001). After treatment, the observation group showed higher levels of hemoglobin, psychological, emotional, physiological, and social function scores compared to the control group (P<0.001),and lower SAS and SDS scores (P<0.001). Compared with the control group, the observation group had less bleeding (P<0.001) and shorter hos-pital stay (P<0.001). The clinical emergency response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with postoperative bleeding in thyroid cancer, implementing a multidisciplinary collaborative emer-gency strategy can reduce the amount of bleeding, shorten hospitalization time, improve patients' negative psychology and quality of life, and enhance the effectiveness of emergency treatment.
