Efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Rosuvastatin in the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction and Its Effect on Endothelial Function and Inflammatory Markers

Abstract：Objective To investigate and analyze the efficacy of combining Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction with rosuvastatin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction (AMI),and its effects on endothelial function markers and inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 90 patients with acute myocardial infarction,admitted to Taining County General Hospital between January 2023 and June 2024,were selected for this study. Patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method:the control group (45 patients) and the observation group (45 patients). The control group received rosuvastatin treatment alone,while the observation group received a combination of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and rosuvastatin. The clinical outcomes,endothelial function markers,and inflammatory factors were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the observation group showed significantly higher levels of nitric oxide (NO) and significantly lower levels of von Wil-lebrand factor (vW) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) compared to the control group (P<0.05). Additionally,the observation group had lower levels of inflammatory markers,including high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),interleu-kin-6 (IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) compared to the control group (P<0.05). The observation group also showed a higher clinical efficacy rate and a lower incidence of adverse reactions,including heart failure,arrhythmias,and recurrent myocardial infarction,during treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined treat-ment of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and rosuvastatin in patients with acute myocardial infarction can significantly re-duce endothelial dysfunction and inflammatory markers,with a lower incidence of adverse reactions. This treatment regimen offers a high degree of safety and efficacy,making it a promising clinical approach.
