Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of pre-hospital transport networks combined with emergency nursing care in the treatment of premature infants. Methods A total of 39 premature infants, treated before the establishment of the neonatal transport system from January 2023 to June 2023,were selected as the control group. Another 39 premature infants, treated after the establishment of the neonatal transport system from July 2023 to December 2023,who received pre-hospital transport and emergency nursing care, were selected as the observation group. The two groups were compared in terms of transport conditions, disease severity, resuscitation status,develop-mental outcomes, and the incidence of adverse events. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had shorter transport times, resuscitation times, and hospital stays after transport (P<0.001). Additionally, the observation group had a higher rate of safe transport (P<0.05). Both groups showed lower Apgar scores during and after transport compared to pre-transport,with the observation group exhibiting significantly lower Apgar scores dur-ing and after transport than the control group (P<0.001). The observation group had a higher resuscitation success rate and a lower resuscitation failure rate compared to the control group (P<0.05). The observation group had significantly higher scores on the GESE Ⅱ scale in areas including adaptive behavior, gross motor skills, fine motor skills, language skills, and personal-social behavior (P<0.001). The incidence of adverse events was significantly lower in the obser-vation group compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of pre-hospital transport and emergency nursing care can improve the transport efficiency of premature infants, enhance resuscitation outcomes, and promote better developmental results, while reducing the incidence of adverse events.
