Abstract:Objective To analyze the prevention and treatment methods,as well as the intervention effects, for outpatient cervical disease patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 160 patients diagnosed with cervical diseases who visited the outpatient clinic of Liuzhi Special District People's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024.Based on the different prevention and treatment strategies employed, the patients were divided into two groups:the observation group(comprehensive prevention and management)and the control group(routine prevention and management),with 80 cases in each group. The differences in disease re-mission,knowledge awareness of disease, treatment compliance, and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After comprehensive prevention and management, the observation group achieved a disease remission rate of 100.00%,significantly higher than the 88.75%in the control group(P=0.002).The awareness rates of physical therapy(P<0.001),surgical treatment(P=0.007),vaginal medication(P<0.001),and regular fol-low-up(P=0.007)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Additionally, the observation group exhibited a treatment compliance rate of 97.50%and a satisfaction rate of 96.25%,both significantly higher than the control group's treatment compliance rate of 72.50%and satisfaction rate of 70.00%(both P<0.001).Conclusion For outpatient cervical disease patients, implementing individualized prevention and treatment strategies tailored to specific conditions, combined with proactive health education, can significantly improve disease remission rates, enhance knowledge awareness, and improve patient treatment compliance and sat-isfaction.
